 Rx Solutions currently has positions available for PRN pharmacists in the Walla Walla area. The position is for 1st shift during the week, and might require some work on weekends. Job duties include, however not limited to:
 -Fills prescriptions for patients according to the instructions of health care professionals

- Observes and treats patients in all health care settings

 -Keep a computerized record of patients' drug therapies and monitor if there is any negative drug interactions

 -Instructs pharmacy technicians proper procedures like how to fill prescriptions, counsel patients and contact pharmacy companies in health care setting

 -Gives independent evaluations and recommendations for apt therapeutic solutions

-Assist in the storage and maintenance of the pharma products and if they cross the expiry date, the medicines need to be discarded

 -Monitors patient response to drug therapy

- Ensures that patient care meets standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and customer service

 -Consulting with patients and/or patient caregivers

 Requirements* Must be registered as a pharmacist in the state and in good standing

Job Summary:

Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Continually evaluates the patient’s nursing needs. Instructs and supervises the patient’s family in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient.
Observes, records, and reports to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
Participates in staff conferences regarding patient care.

Resident Care Manager ( RCM ) - Prestige Pool



POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care to residents as a Traveling RCM in skilled nursing facilities in Metro Portland, Oregon and/or Washington.
We will work with your schedule and you can work as many or as few shifts as you prefer.

-Essential Nursing Functions-

RCM must evaluate and assess residents' needs, including physical and mental health, family and community resources, physical environment and finances. A plan of care for residents will be developed by RCM based on a close assessment of residents requirements. Arrangements need to be made to implement that plan. Once these arrangements are in place, the RCM can coordinate all services to insure the resident's health, safety and general well being. Often, there needs to be a continuous monitoring and periodic reevaluation to make changes as needed.
