We are currently seeking a capable and motivated  Salesforce.comDeveloper Analyst who will be  responsible for supporting the business functions using the SalesForce.comapplication. The position reports directly to the Director of Global Sales Operations. The successful candidate will work with other Salesforce.comteam members, IT staff, and functional leaders to analyze proposed process and system changes to the Salesforce.comapplication.


Responsibilities include


• Work in partnership with business users to gather business requirements and design business processes in the Sales & Marketing areas. 
• Provide knowledge and input to the business on the system implications of business process changes. 
• Support business partners by recommending system solutions and implementing system changes. 
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless process and system integration across all business applications in the global environment.
• Setup and customize the Salesforce.comapplication, including maintenance of standard functionality; creation of custom objects, workflows, and approval processes; activate new Salesforce.comfeatures/processes and/or third-party applications.
• Manage the overall configuration, design, and layout of the Salesforce.comsystem architecture
• Understand and support security role maintenance, including role hierarchy, security profiles and access rights for users.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and review of business training materials.
• Follow established IT Governance processes to ensure SOX compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
