SearchMarketMe is growing and is searching for a Junior Website Designer (aka rock star) to join our team. Ideally this person would be a total rock star in all areas design – from conceptual logo work to full scale website design.
As a full service online marketing company, you will be designing LOTS of websites. Project management skills are a must, as are both patience and a desire to be challenged. Working well in a team environment is also a necessity – if you can’t play nice, don’t apply!
As the ‘Junior Website Designer Rock Star’ you will be the right hand man (or woman) for the senior designer on staff – allowing flexibility to grow the position into new, fun directions.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Substation Technician/MicroStationIn this role you will be part of the team responsible for the design of the outdoor portion of power substations and electrical facilities, and the specification and ordering of materials for construction of these facilities. The purpose of the position is to serve as an Electrical Engineering Technician performing a wide range of functions. These functions include:Production of drawings and design documents.
Initiation of equipment procurement.
Generation of materials requests.
Purchase requisitions and bills of materials.
Development of design standards.
Provide input to construction contracts for electrical projects.You will also support and provide expertise to other organizations in the development of plans, estimates, customer agreements, contract management and resolution of field problems.Key Responsibilities:Performs the required design work for the design of outdoor substations projects, based on project parameters provided by the work group's Engineers or Senior Technicians. Adapts standard guides and designs to assigned projects. Produces new designs, as needed, when standards do not cover the project situation. Make decisions on design details, such as physical and electrical requirements of material for a specific application.
Produces schematic, layout and wiring design drawings, material requests, and other documents required for the design of assigned projects. Uses the CAD System and other computer methods and applications for design and design document production. Provides technical liaison for design and drafting work assigned to contractors.
Determines material and equipment requirements for projects and prepares material requisitions or otherwise initiates and coordinates the timely acquisition and delivery of project equipment and materials.
Checks design drawings and other documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with project requirements and design standards individually and as part of an integrated set of plans.
Coordinates project requirements, plans, and details with Engineers and other Technicians within Engineering and Technical Services with construction and field organizations, and contractors. Anticipates design problems that may arise and participates in the development, evaluation, and implementation of alternative solutions. Independently reviews and evaluates engineering designs and equipment drawings on unusual, especially difficult or complex projects for compatibility, conformance to project requirements, and good technical design practices and standards. For a given project, reviews and integrates requirements for many different subsystems into a consistent, workable whole and either completes the detail design or administers its completion through other Technicians.
Reviews finished designs and record revisions to ensure conformance to requirements, design practices, standards and quality. In the post-development phase of projects your will work to develop technical and sales oriented materials in concert with development, pre-sales and the Marketing department; manage the beta process for developed solutions.
Develop implementation guides and business templates for interface solutions through interaction with customers, partner companies, user groups, and subject matter experts
Working with the development and marketing team to gather requirements through site visits, interfacing with Product Design and Product Marketing, solutions research (technical and business logic), and external technical resource coordination.
Provide application and business process analysis of prospective interface targets to the development team for requirements analysis and the interface development cycle.
Guide Development Projects to a cohesive solution by working with Development and Marketing.
Provide documented support to partner companies, initial prospects for IDE support and solutions, and to internal resources working with productized interfaces and the development framework.
Prototyping solutions to products in the Suite to help with evaluation and use case analysis.
Presenting solutions, and managing initial implementation Beta’s.
Maintain contact with technical/business knowledge sources for integrated solutions.
Assist Marketing and Sales with white papers, developing presentation slides, and creating demo for to-market strategy.
